# zicula-shift-planning-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (15 files), each **trimmed to taste** —
enough to judge the quality, not enough to run your schedule on:

- `labor-rules-checklist.md` — the checklist behind the planner's warnings,
  from `templates/`: complete intro, the auto-check table (48 h/week
  ceiling, 7 days without a day off, under-11 h rest) exactly as the
  planner ships it, and the first 4 of the 7 Thailand LPA items. The full
  file adds the remaining Thailand items, the UK Working Time Regulations
  section, other-region guidance, and "using warnings the right way".
- `schedule-templates.json` — 1 of the 4 starter week patterns
  (`cafe-split`: AM / H4 peak / PM, bilingual labels, valid JSON you can
  edit today). The full file also includes weekday-standard, clinic-am-pm,
  and skeleton — all four built into the planner UI.
- `email-templates.md` — template 1 of 3 complete (weekly schedule
  published, with the paste-here slot for the planner's preview message).
  The full file adds swap-requested, swap-decided, and the wiring tips.

Each excerpt marks its cut point with a "Sample ends here" note, so you
always know what the full version continues with.
